You will be part of a team of business system analysts focused on implementing new functionality, application upgrades, standardisation, process improvements on differing technologies working with technical teams and business teams to successfully deliver changes in a dynamic environment in line with Computacenter standards and processes. What you’ll do <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Work with users and key system stakeholders across Computacenter and the customer base to analyse enhancement requests, prioritise them and work with the in-house technical teams as well as external suppliers to deliver them.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Working with a range of stakeholders across the business, define the requirements, processes, procedures and reporting for new modules, components, and applications to complement the existing toolset.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Participate in workshops to ensure full alignment of requirements and solution across technical and business teams.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Ensure that all such requirements are fully aligned to industry best practice and put Computacenter in a leading competitive position.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Own the delivery of small enhancements and new components. A key part of this will be ensuring that the solutions have been thoroughly tested and meet the specified functional requirements.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Working in geographically spread Agile team – writing user stories, performing show & tells, functional testing and creating documentation as needed for projects undertaken.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Contribute to project plans,</li> </ul> What you’ll need <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;color:black">7 to 12 years working in similar Functional Consultant/ Business Analyst role and at least 18 months+ in IT Service Management</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Experience being the business analyst for an application development project, delivered to (or within) a medium to large size company.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Experience of analysing and delivering enhancement requests to a core business system deployed in a medium to large size company.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Experience working with systems that support IT Service Management e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy ITSM, HP Service Centre.
