<p>SMA Benelux is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to complete its Service Team widely recognized for their top-level expertise. The mission is to ensure a high-level customer satisfaction through processing and resolution to more complex, technical problems in solar systems. This role is under the direct supervision of the Service Manager.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="list-style-type:none">You provide remote technical assistance (telephone, email, online service center, remote tools) in complex solar and storage systems ( error messages, breakdown, sunny portal) to professional customers (installers, distributors…)</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">In particular, you perform relevant diagnosis and remote recovery of failures and anomalies;</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">You use business applications for troubleshooting management and follow up on cases until resolution ;</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">You contribute to regular reporting on activities</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">You regularly exchange with your colleagues locally or even with colleagues in other subsidiaries.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="list-style-type:none">Completed industry-related technical training or comparable knowledge and experience</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">2 years of higher education in electrical engineering or electricity</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">Good knowledge of electricity and /or IT networks;</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">Residing in Belgium - Dutch or French mother tongue / bilingual / very good knowledge English</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="list-style-type:none">Outstanding communication and relational skills and aptitude for team-working;</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">Positive spirit, flexibility and good resistance to stress;</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">Ability to understand the technical aspects related to the field of energy/photovoltaic management;</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">Analytical skills, organization, efficiency, autonomy, precision and reliability.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We offer</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="list-style-type:none">A competitive salary + meal vouchers</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">Commuting allowance (private car, public transport, bicycle)</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">Pension & medical insurance plans</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">You work in a 38-hour week</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">20 legal leave days + 12 Extra-legal leave days (including closure between Christmas and New Year)</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">Being part of a team of great colleagues who always support you with a smile</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">A young & dynamic group of people with high team- & winning spirit</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">A pleasant work atmosphere with an open culture</li> <li style="list-style-type:none">An environment of hard work, but of course there is room for a healthy dose of humor</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>To know more about SMA visit : <a href="https://www.SMA-Benelux.com">www.SMA-Benelux.com</a></p> <p>Interested ?
