} .profile_heading { font-weight: bold; } .profile_content { padding-bottom: 0.5rem; } .profile_section:has(.profile_item:empty) { display: none; } </style><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>My responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><p>Oversees and executes Configuration Management activities across IPO/Foundation and service/product scope, ensuring compliance with global standards and accurate integration of Configuration Items (CIs) in the ServiceNow CMDB according to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).</p> <p><br>Configuration Management Process & Key Activities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitoring of configuration health (CMDB, CSDM, CI health) on IPO/Foundation and service/product level, including regular health checks and audits of physical vs. CMDB inventory with corrective actions</li> <li>Ensuring compliance with data quality standards; resolving or escalating data errors to Configuration Manager, ITOM or relevant stakeholders</li> <li>Maintaining alignment with global configuration strategies while adapting to IPO/Foundation specific requirements</li> <li>Lifecycle management of CIs, Application Services and Dynamic CI Groups, including onboarding, updates, retirement and disposal according to defined processes</li> <li>Management of dependencies between CIs, Application Services and Dynamic CI Groups required for operations</li> <li>Definition and maintenance of CI naming conventions, CI Classes, Attributes and baseline management policies;
