responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Act as Delivery Lead for an RPA and automation team (UiPath, n8n, agentic solutions), ensuring that high‑value automation outcomes are identified, built, and delivered reliably to the customer.</li> <li>Coordinate and overview of the delivery of the development team’s efforts</li> <li>Coordination of day-to-day service delivery to ensure customer requests are delivered on time</li> <li>Communication with English speaking project stakeholders on customer side</li> <li>Engage stakeholder effectively, delivering presentation and reports to communicate progress and insights</li> <li>Responsible for the management of the Sprint Backlog on behalf of the Scrum Team and communication with the Product Owner, stakeholders</li> <li>Tracking project processes, deliverables</li> <li>Monitor performance and optimise delivery processes using data-driven insights and helping teams to make improvements</li> <li>Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders</li> <li>Tailoring Agile methodologies to iteratively plan, manage, and deliver solutions that prioritize early value realization and continuous business impact</li> <li>Coaching and empowering Scrum teams to pragmatically apply Agile principles, focusing on incremental wins and tangible results over rigid procedural adherence</li> <li>Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items</li> <li>Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes</li> <li>Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The knowledge I own:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead / Project Manager</li> <li>Experience working on 3+ software development projects</li> <li>Fluency in English is essential for the job</li> <li>Acting as a servant leader</li> <li>Leadership and management experience</li> <li>Excellent people and project management skills</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Knowledge of software development process (Software Development lifecycle)</li> <li>Understanding of agentic systems and agentic process automation solutions</li> <li>Making sure that different perspectives are heard and valued</li> <li>Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions</li> <li>Scrum master, SAFe certification is an advantage</li> <li>University degree in
