Global Containership Segment Lead Lloyds Register Location: Shanghai What we’re looking for In this role you will generate and support client engagement, product and service development in order to grow and strengthen LR’s position in the container market. The role has a global remit to mirror and support the LR Global Containership Segment Director. Pursue innovative projects and initiatives developing robust investment cases for services and/or innovation projects that will solve specific customer needs within the container segment</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Remain up to speed with technology developments, in the segment, monitor support and steer the enhancement of the LR portfolio of services.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Pursue the development of relationships with key external stakeholders within the wider container bases ocean supply chain, including yards, designers, OEMs, cargo owners, vessel owners & operators</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Working with the business teams, research and prepare briefing notes for external engagements. These can range from a one-to-one meeting to attendance at events with multiple clients and also large conferences.
