accountable for <strong>setting up, developing and leading a team</strong> of Functional Controlling Managers working side-by-side with the <strong>HR, F&A and Customer Interaction</strong> functions acting as essential <strong>Business Partners</strong> to drive effective <strong>performance management</strong> in these global functions </li> <li>You and your team take responsibility for the company-wide <strong>cost benefit management (CBM) policy</strong> and ensure that the regulations on the <strong>cost benefit analyses</strong> and the corresponding approval processes are complied with</li> <li>Together with your team you will be the Global Controlling Counterpart of a <strong>company-wide cost transformation program</strong>.</li> <li>You will drive the <strong>Target Operating Model for Functional Controlling</strong> incl. setting up governance standards, processes and ways of working </li> <li>You will drive seamless, accurate and on-time <strong>financial planning, monitoring and reporting</strong> of the above listed functions and our international holding company (ASH) as well as enabling your team to <strong>support decision making</strong> by delivering in-depth financial analysis build on in-depth commercial understanding</li> <li>Together with your team you ensure systematic transparency on the performance and ensure that <strong>steering mechanisms / KPIs</strong> for each of the above listed functions are in place and linked to the overall company strategy </li> <li>You are excited by the task of <strong>cross-functional stakeholder alignments</strong> with national and international stakeholders, and you are keen to represent a strong financial controlling voice on international committees </li> <li>You advise senior management and global functions on making decisions by providing concise and coherent insights narrated by a <strong>compelling storyline</strong> </li> <li>You will be years of experience working in a leadership role within Finance (preferably in Financial Controlling / FP&A) </li> <li>Strong analytical skills with a passion to identify the drivers behind numbers and combining quantitative data with qualitative information belong to your core competencies </li> <li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels are a matter of course to you </li> <li>You have a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams</li> <li>You’re business-fluent in English</li> </ul></div></div><div
