<li>Basic experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep Builder OR Power BI</li> <li>Experience in visualization in Tableau or Power BI</li> <li>Basic to advanced knowledge of ServiceNow reporting platform</li> <li>Understanding the operational concept of an IT Service Desk</li> <li>Basic experience with ticketing tools (e.g. SNOW, Salesforce, HP Service Manager)</li> <li>Excel VBA knowledge is a plus </li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>SQL-related knowledge in details:<br>Comfortable with writing, interpreting, and reading MSSQL queries<br>Comfortable with using Microsoft SQL Server Management
