Responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures in line with JKH policies and related statutes and implementing strategies to safeguard data and information in our sector.</span></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Oversee the implementation and compliance of data protection regulations like PDPA and GDPR across CFS operations and supply chains.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Continuously update policies to meet evolving regulatory requirements specific to the CF sector.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Implement security measures to protect the personal data of employees, distributors, retail partners, and customers against unauthorized access and misuse.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Promote CFS-relevant best practices such as encryption and anonymization tailored to large-scale data processing.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Lead the incident response process for data breaches within supply chain operations, ensuring timely coordination with regulatory bodies like the Data Protection Authority (DPA).</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Conduct audits and risk assessments tailored to CFS systems, including inventory and logistics management platforms.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Develop protocols for early detection of risks, particularly in high-volume data environments like retail networks.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Provide insights and policy recommendations specific to CFS data governance frameworks.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Design training programs targeting employees, distributors, and retail partners, focusing on CFS-specific data protection scenarios.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Partner with HR teams to embed data protection into onboarding and induction programs across the CFS workforce.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Develop data classification standards suited to the CF sector, addressing sensitive operational, supply chain, and customer data.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with business units to annually review and update the Data Asset Registry, ensuring alignment with CFS operational dynamics.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Maintain an inventory of approved applications and systems used in CFS operations, from logistics tracking to sales reporting tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure all vendor contracts for new system procurements incorporate CFS-specific data protection requirements.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Person Specifications</H2> </div><div><ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Law, Data Management, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Experience in data governance, risk management, and policy development tailored to the high-paced CFS and 4-6 years experience in a similar capacity.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;color:black">Preferably having experience in handling the same scope in FMCG, Manufacturing or related industry with in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.</span></li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;color:black">Sound Knowledge of FMCG and manufacturing processes, data flows, and industry-specific information security practices.
