This is a high-impact leadership role partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams globally to deliver experiences that eliminate operational complexity and delight customers </span></p> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Requirements</H2> </div><div><p>Product Strategy & Execution:<strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and drive product strategy for NetApp's manageability platform, including AI-powered autonomous operations, hybrid multi-cloud control plane, and SaaS infrastructure.</li> <li>Lead a product management team in Bangalore, building strong talent and establishing best practices.</li> <li>Manage the complete product lifecycle for AI/ML platform services, hybrid multi-cloud capabilities, SaaS/SRE infrastructure, and trial/demo environments.</li> <li>Develop roadmaps that balance customer requirements, competitive dynamics, and business priorities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Platform Development: </p> <ul> <li>Build platform capabilities that enable AI-powered agents to work seamlessly across NetApp's portfolio.</li> <li>Deliver a hybrid multi-cloud control plane that manages NetApp infrastructure across on-premises, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.</li> <li>Ensure platform services (IAM, security, observability) are scalable, reliable, and easy to integrate. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Customer & Market Engagement:</p> <ul> <li>Understand customer workflows, pain points, and requirements through research, advisory boards, and direct engagement.</li> <li>Translate customer insights into differentiated product experiences.</li> <li>Work with sales teams to enable customer conversations and represent NetApp's vision at industry events.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Team & Organization:<strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and scale the product management organization in Bangalore.</li> <li>Establish effective collaboration across distributed, global teams.</li> <li>Partner with engineering leadership to maintain strong product-engineering alignment.</li> <li>Set standards for product management practices and execution. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Required Qualifications: </p> <ul> <li>15+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or infrastructure products.</li> <li>7+ years leading product management teams, including experience building and scaling teams.</li> <li>Proven track record of shipping successful enterprise products that customers love.</li> <li>Deep understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, SaaS platforms, and site reliability engineering principles.</li> <li>Experience with AI/ML technologies and agentic/autonomous systems.</li> <li>Strong technical acumen with ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture and implementation.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment in complex, matrixed organizations.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in storage, data management, or infrastructure management domains.</li> <li>Background in building platform services or developer platforms.</li> <li>Experience managing services across multiple cloud providers.</li> <li>Experience with observability, monitoring, and AIOps technologies.</li> <li>Track record of successful product launches in competitive markets.</li> <li>Experience managing global, distributed product teams.</li> <li>Understanding of enterprise sales processes and agile development methodologies. </li> </ul></div></div></div>
