You'll engineer, maintain, and continuously improve our development platforms that support both cloud and on-premises deployments while pioneering the integration of AI-powered development workflows and intelligent automation. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building, automating, and optimizing—everything as code.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Requirements</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Build and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes orchestration platforms</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery, ensuring adherence to corporate security standards</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Engineer Infrastructure as Code solutions using modern tooling and best practices</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Champion AI-assisted development practices and integrate AI agents into development workflows</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Maintain and improve development platforms supporting both cloud and on-premises environments</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Support and collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Automate everything—from deployments to monitoring to infrastructure provisioning</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Strong experience with Kubernetes/container orchestration (Rancher, OpenShift, EKS, or similar)</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline development (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or comparable)</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Solid application development background with modern programming languages</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or equivalent)</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS (Azure or GCP also considered)</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises environments</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Everything as Code" mindset—configuration, infrastructure, pipelines, and policies</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Demonstrated experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools)</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Solid understanding of AI agent development, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and context management</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Experience integrating AI gateways and LLM platforms (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or comparable)<br>• Rancher (or comparable Kubernetes management platforms)<br>• Azure DevOps (or GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)<br>• Artifactory (or Nexus, Harbor, ECR)<br>• VS Code (or JetBrains IDEs, Eclipse)<br>• GitHub Copilot (or Cursor, Cody, Tabnine)<br>• Previous experience supporting IT infrastructure teams<br>• Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or relevant technologies<br>• Experience with observability tools (LogicMonitor is a plus)<br>• Background in platform engineering or developer experience (DevEx) initiatives<br>• Contributions to open-source projects or technical community involvement</span></p></div></div></div>
