This role is part of the Procurement Operations team in Bangalore and partners closely with global stakeholders to deliver commercial value, strengthen supplier performance, and ensure high standards of governance, risk management, and compliance.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">This role also plays a key part in enabling responsible adoption of emerging style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across software categories (SaaS, enterprise tools, engineering applications) as well as system integration professional services for software implementation</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Lead end-to-end sourcing: RFPs, renewals, supplier selection, and negotiations</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Drive cost optimization through demand consolidation, pricing strategies, and commercial structuring</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Use market intelligence and spend insights to inform sourcing decisions</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Collaborate with Technology Procurement leadership and Category Managers to align strategies and drive enterprise outcomes</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supplier Management & Governance</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Manage key supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, and value</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Ensure robust supplier governance, including risk, security, and compliance adherence</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to manage supplier risk and due diligence</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Drive accountability on contractual commitments and issue resolution</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">AI & Technology Governance</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Evaluate and onboard AI/GenAI-enabled software suppliers with structured governance</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards for data privacy, security, and compliance</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Embed governance and risk controls into sourcing and contracting processes</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Position Procurement as a key control point for enterprise AI governance, ensuring consistent evaluation and monitoring of AI/GenAI vendors</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Stakeholder Collaboration</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Partner with Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and Go-To-Market business teams</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Act as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategy, supplier selection, and commercial models</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Support planning and forecasting of software spend</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Drive alignment across stakeholders on sourcing decisions, risks, and trade-offs</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Work closely with Technology Procurement leadership and Category Managers on priorities and escalations</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Team Leadership</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• 12–14 years of procurement experience, with a focus on software sourcing</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Strong experience in SaaS and software licensing negotiations</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Proven people leadership experience</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Solid understanding of supplier risk, compliance, and contracting</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Preferred Qualifications</span><br><span style="font-family:arial,
