Sourcing</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across software categories (SaaS, enterprise tools, engineering applications) as well as system integration professional services for software implementation</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Lead end-to-end sourcing: RFPs, renewals, supplier selection, and negotiations</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Drive cost optimization through demand consolidation, pricing strategies, and commercial structuring</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Use market intelligence and spend insights to inform sourcing decisions</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Collaborate with Technology Procurement leadership and Category Managers to align strategies and drive enterprise outcomes</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supplier Management &amp; Governance</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Manage key supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, and value</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Ensure robust supplier governance, including risk, security, and compliance adherence</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to manage supplier risk and due diligence</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Drive accountability on contractual commitments and issue resolution</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">AI &amp;
