strategies across technology services (engineering services, consulting, managed services), CDP, and hardware</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Lead end-to-end sourcing: RFPs, supplier selection, renewals, and negotiations</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Design and negotiate commercial models (T&M, fixed price, outcome-based, managed services)</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Drive cost optimization through supplier consolidation, rate benchmarking, and demand management</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Use market intelligence and spend data to inform sourcing decisions and supplier strategies</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Collaborate with Technology Procurement leadership and Category Managers to align strategies and drive enterprise outcomes</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supplier Management & Governance</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Manage strategic relationships with service providers, infrastructure vendors, and hardware suppliers</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Support stakeholder in providing necessary input for supplier reviews focused on delivery performance, SLAs, quality, and contract compliance</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Ensure strong supplier governance, including performance management, risk oversight, and compliance adherence</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to manage supplier risk and due diligence</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Drive accountability on supplier commitments, service delivery outcomes, and issue resolution</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Stakeholder Collaboration</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Partner with Customer Success, Engineering, IT, and business teams</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Act as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategy, supplier models, and commercial structures</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Support planning and forecasting of technology services and infrastructure spend</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Drive alignment across stakeholders on sourcing decisions, delivery risks, and trade-offs</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Work closely with Technology Procurement field (MBA preferred)</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• 12–14 years of procurement experience, with strong focus on technology services and/or infrastructure sourcing</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Experience negotiating services agreements (MSAs, SOWs), managed services, and hardware contracts</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Proven people leadership experience</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Strong understanding of supplier risk,
