The role requires strong business acumen, SQL expertise, and the ability to design sustainable, scalable solutions using modern AI‑assisted development approaches. </p> </div> <div> <p>This individual will play a critical role in translating business needs into automated workflows, data solutions, and AI‑driven outputs that enhance operational efficiency and decision‑making. </p> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Requirements</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Business & Functional Partnership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and operational workflows</li> <li>Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications (BRDs, use cases, process flows)</li> <li>Provide consultative guidance on automation opportunities and scalable solution design</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI‑Driven Solution Design (Prompt Engineering & Automation)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, AI agents) to design and optimise code, workflows, and data solutions</li> <li>Develop structured, high-quality prompts to generate accurate outputs (SQL queries, scripts, automation logic, insights)</li> <li>Continuously review and refine AI-generated outputs for performance, accuracy, and reusability</li> <li>Build and operationalise AI-driven automation workflows aligned with business needs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Python & Advanced Analytics</strong></p> <ul> <li>Use Python for data preparation, automation, and advanced analytics</li> <li>Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and data transformations</li> <li>Develop reusable Python scripts/notebooks for analytics workflows</li> <li>Integrate Python outputs into Power BI and reporting layers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Agentic AI & Copilot-Based Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop no-code/low-code AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and other enterprise AI tools.</li> <li>Build multi-step, task-oriented agents capable of:</li> <li>Answering business queries</li> <li>Triggering workflows</li> <li>Analysing structured data (SQL / BI datasets)</li> <li>Integrating with enterprise systems</li> <li>Configure intent-based and goal-driven agents without traditional ML coding</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement & Ownership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business leaders to deliver data-driven solutions</li> <li>Own end-to-end solution lifecycle: requirement gathering → development → deployment → adoption</li> <li>Document solutions, data definitions, and business logic clearly</li> </ul> <p><strong>Must-Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Power BI: Strong expertise in DAX, data modelling, and performance tuning</li> <li>SQL: Advanced proficiency across analytical and transactional databases</li> <li>Python: Hands-on experience in data analysis, automation, and ML workflows</li> <li>Data Modelling: Strong knowledge of star schema, KPIs, and dimensional modelling</li> <li>AI/ML Fundamentals: Understanding of regression, classification, forecasting, and model evaluation</li> <li>Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, Redshift)</li> <li>Familiarity with Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure AI services</li> <li>Experience building self-service analytics platforms</li> <li>Knowledge of data governance, security, and role-based access</li> <li>Exposure to Copilot, chatbots, or conversational analytics</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related field</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Typically requires a minimum of 7- 13 years of related experience.
