This role involves engaging with a wide range of customer stakeholders and leveraging the appropriate NetApp team and expertise in solutions, products, ecosystems, and industry knowledge.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><p>As a Senior Solutions Engineer in NetApp's Sales Function, you will primarily provide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. You will utilise your technical expertise and our cutting-edge data storage portfolio to address customers' technical needs and deliver successful business results, focusing on expanding our presence within existing and new clients together with business partners.</p> <ul> <li>Leverage in-depth product knowledge to deliver technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations to sales staff and customers</li> <li>Collaborate with sales staff to assess customer needs, design tailored storage solutions, and prepare detailed product specifications for implementation</li> <li>Design and architect on-premise or hybrid storage systems with strong knowledge of <strong>NAS, SAN, and Object Storage</strong>, including enterprise and <strong>Cloud Services</strong> environments</li> <li>Build proof-of-concept applications and rapid prototypes to demonstrate solution feasibility to clients</li> <li>Provide consultation, product capability assessments, and <strong>ROI/TCO</strong> analysis to articulate the competitive advantages of <strong>NetApp storage solutions</strong></li> <li>Deliver deep expertise across the <strong>Storage and Data Management vendor ecosystem</strong>, including prior experience with <strong>backup solutions</strong></li> <li>Collaborate with client executives and partner sales teams to develop strategies that drive customer opportunities and advise on the utilization of broader technical resources</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Requirements</H2> </div><div><p>· At least 12 Years of experience and expertise in technical specifications on storage product and services</p> <p>· Prior experience of working in capacity of Solutions Engineer, Pre Sales Architect, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect on storage technologies</p> <p>· (Preferred) Specialised knowledge in Cloud, Storage, AI/ML, Database, Microservice, Enterprise Application or DevOps is advantageous</p> <p>· Operate as Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) and has the ability to influence Sales team, driving initiatives and act as a Decision-maker on Projects</p></div></div></div>
