<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Summary</H2> </div><div><p>As a Client Executive (CE), you will be responsible for leading the sales activity within the commercial market segment in Norway to achieve assigned sales quota.</p> <p>You will lead the collaboration and coordination of all sales and pre-sales roles associated with the account to develop and grow the NetApp business in the account.</p> <p>The CE serves as a trusted advisor to the customer’s senior leadership and uses business acumen and technical expertise to maximize revenue from the account.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Create relationship maps within accounts and plans to expand depth and quality of relationships with buyers and influencers</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop account plans and work with assigned Account Technology Specialists to develop a long-term product strategy for new and existing NetApp product lines</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales cycle including pipeline generation, qualification, solution design, pricing and quoting, deal/contract negotiation.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Act as a sales orchestrator, pulling in the right experts, at the right place and right time.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee multiple concurrent sales motions to ensure a customer-centric approach, while not inhibiting other sellers or specialists from hunting for opportunities</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead partner co-selling efforts in the account</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support the development and engagement of new Partners to the eco-system in Norway</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customers</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support the Country Manager and be actively involved in establishment of the local office being opening in Norway</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Requirements</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum 5 years sales and data centre experience</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">“Hunter” mentality with focus on expanding market opportunities and drive net new business</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Deep understanding of the customers goals and ability to demonstrate value to clients</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to coordinate and lead multiple concurrent selling efforts by NetApp sales specialists and partners</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to speak credibly on a variety of modern computing, storage and cloud technologies/concepts</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fluent in Norwegian and English </li> </ul></div></div></div>
