This role will drive critical programs across the talent management portfolio translating business priorities into scalable processes, governance, insights, and leader enablement. You will operate as a senior individual contributor with significant autonomy, influencing across HR teams to deliver high-impact, high-visibility programs.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in talent management and program leadership, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate downstream impacts, and connect strategy to operational execution. helvetica, sans-serif">Own end-to-end program governance for high-visibility talent processes, including process design, milestones, risk management, stakeholder alignment, decision support, and global implementation planning.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Translate evolving talent strategy into scalable processes, operating rhythms, leader guidance, and implementation plans that enable consistent execution across functions, geographies, and levels of the organization.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Partner with senior HR leaders, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Compensation, Technology, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Define measurement strategies, success metrics, and reporting requirements for talent programs; synthesize data and insights to management and adoption efforts for new or evolving talent processes by developing clear stakeholder engagement strategies, enablement resources, and communication plans.</span></li> <li leading end-to-end enterprise programs or processes, preferably in talent management, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, or related HR domains.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience partnering with senior HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to design and </ul></div></div></div><p>Compensation:<br>The target salary range for this position is 147,900 - 220,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate&apos;s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
