responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Ensure operational stability, performance, and availability of the product</li> <li>Monitor, control, and continuously improve system operations and service quality</li> <li>Coordinate ITSM activities (incidents, changes, problems, requests, knowledge, events) continuously</li> <li>Act as the primary contact and escalation point for operational issues</li> <li>Manage communication during major incidents in collaboration with the Global Service Desk</li> <li>Identify operational risks and define mitigation measures</li> <li>Drive SLA improvements and ensure service performance targets are met</li> <li>Increase transparency and actively manage technical debt in alignment with architecture</li> <li>Create and analyse operational reports and derive improvement actions</li> <li>Ensure compliance with security policies and information security standards</li> <li>Support reliable product releases and stable delivery of product increments</li> <li>Maintain and continuously improve operational documentation and knowledge bases</li> <li>Contribute to a product team working with SAP S/4HANA-centric system landscapes</li> <li>Collaborate with product team members, users, and stakeholders to support the implementation of product requirements and ensure Definition of Done is met</li> </ul></div></div><div <li>Degree in business administration/informatics/mathematics/similar area or relevant professional experience</li> <li>Strong experience in IT operations, service management, or application support</li> <li>Solid knowledge of SAP Finance, Real Estate, and/or document workflow solutions</li> <li>Proven experience in ensuring stable and performant system operations</li> <li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills</li> <li>Experience with ITSM tools and processes (e.g. ServiceNow)</li> <li>Good understanding of interface technologies and system integrations</li> <li>Knowledge of operations, monitoring, and maintenance concepts</li> <li>Familiarity with ISMS standards and security requirements</li> <li>Experience working in agile product teams (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)</li> <li>Excellent English communication skills</li> <li>Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally<br><br><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></li> <li>Experience in managing hybrid (on-premise & cloud) environments</li> <li>Experience in maintaining Windows Server environments</li> <li>Understanding of enterprise IT landscapes</li> <li>Strong customer focus and
