responsibilities:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Implement and continuously enhance product functionality in Finance & Administration using state-of-the-art technologies and engineering practices </li> <li>Translate business requirements, user stories, and operational needs into scalable technical solutions and actionable development tasks </li> <li>Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software increments in alignment with the product’s Definition of Done </li> <li>Ensure built-in quality, performance, and maintainability of solutions across the full software lifecycle </li> <li>Contribute to system and integration design within SAP-centric Finance landscapes (e.g. APIs, workflows, document management) </li> <li>Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Operations Experts to ensure a shared understanding and successful delivery </li> <li>Implement and maintain integrations between SAP S/4HANA and surrounding systems (e.g. document capture, workflows, external services) </li> <li>Support deployment pipelines and DevOps practices to enable reliable and efficient product delivery </li> <li>Monitor, analyse, and optimise application performance in productive environments and contribute to incident resolution (2nd & 3rd level support) </li> <li>Ensure technical documentation, code quality, and adherence to architecture and development standards </li> <li>Continuously improve development practices and actively contribute to developer communities and knowledge sharing </li> <li>Ensure reliable product releases and stable delivery of product increments </li> <li>Maintain and continuously improve operational documentation and knowledge bases </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid area or relevant professional experience </li> <li>Strong hands-on experience in software development with modern programming languages and frameworks </li> <li>Solid experience in IT operations, service management, or application support </li> <li>Knowledge of SAP Finance, Real Estate, and/or document workflow solutions </li> <li>Experience with APIs, integration technologies, and distributed architectures </li> <li>Proven experience in ensuring stable and performant system operations </li> <li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills </li> <li>Good understanding of interface technologies and system integrations </li> <li>Knowledge of operations, monitoring, and maintenance concepts </li> <li>Familiarity with ISMS standards and security requirements </li> <li>Experience working in agile product teams (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) </li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders </li> <li>Excellent English communication skills </li> <li>Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally <br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in managing hybrid (on-premise &
