About the Opportunity The State General Manager will lead the performance, operations, and growth of the ALM business across QLD. This role is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and market share across retail, wholesale, and on-premise channels while ensuring strong operational execution across logistics and customer-facing teams. Leading a diverse, high-performing team, the SGM will represent ALM externally, and build strong customer and industry relationships. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of retail, wholesale, and on-premise dynamics to deliver sustainable growth. The role will be based at our Crestmead office, and report into the EGM ALM Wholesale.
