About the Opportunity The Member Services role sits within IBA and is focused on coordinating retail promotions, catalogue activity, and member communications across the SA/NT network. You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of promotional programs, while managing timelines, artwork briefs, and administration. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in the Gepps Cross office, offering a hybrid setup with 1-2 days working from home.
