About the Opportunity The WA State Manager will lead ALM’s growth and operational performance across the Western Australian market. This role oversees the On-Premise Sales team and logistics operations at the Canning Vale Distribution Centre, driving sales, profitability, and service outcomes through strong commercial leadership and effective supply chain management. Leading a high-performing team, the role focuses on building customer and supplier relationships while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth across the state. As the senior ALM representative in WA, the State Manager will also drive industry engagement and represent the business across key stakeholders. The role is based at our Canning Vale office and reports into the EGM ALM Wholesale.
