This role requires a strong passion for industry advocacy, staying informed on trends, competition, pricing, and product needs while building a network, traveling to key industry locations, and training local teams on an applications-focused approach. The role strengthens the organization's understanding of customer processes while showcasing our unique industry value propositions. </p> <p><strong>Which tasks will you perform? </strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive market share growth within the strategic industry by developing and executing a comprehensive industry plan </li> <li>Lead cross-functional stakeholders to establish a 3 to 5 year business roadmap, aligning on objectives and implementing annual action plans to achieve defined targets </li> <li>Strengthen relationships with strategic accounts and key industry players, supporting their development and long-term engagement </li> <li>Develop and promote the industry value proposition, ensuring differentiation and competitive positioning </li> <li>Monitor and analyze long-term market trends, including evolving customer needs and regulatory developments, while contributing to the global industry network </li> <li>Provide strategic insights to the organization, translating vision into actionable outcomes that drive business success. </li> </ul> <p><strong>What do we expect from you? </strong></p> <p>You will have (required): </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field (engineering, business, marketing, etc.) or 5+ years related experience </li> <li>Required travel: 30-50%, primarily within the US (some international) </li> </ul> <p>You may have (preferred): </p> <ul> <li>3 years of gas measurement experience </li> <li>Experience in industry marketing with direct customer engagement, preferably within the oil and gas industry </li> <li>Background in strategic marketing and customer development within the industry </li> <li>Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative</li> <li>Demonstrates moral courage by standing up for their beliefs, taking justifiable risks, addressing contradictions, and knowing when to say no</li> <li>Demonstrates trust, respect, and support for others, fostering teamwork and a collaborative spirit.
