The Ideal Candidate would be having experience with a multinational company with strong communication and analytical skills. Should have a demonstrated ability in Sales Order Management, Supply Chin Analysis and Logistics coordination.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Which tasks will you perform?</strong> </p> <ul> <li style="list-style:none"> <ul> <li>Create and process sales orders accurately in SAP.</li> <li>Issue timely order confirmations to customers.</li> <li>Monitor Automatic Order Confirmation (AOC) and ensure compliance</li> <li>Track and verify manual order confirmations</li> <li>Record and communicate any delays proactively</li> <li>Perform corrections on sales orders to maintain data integrity</li> <li>Conduct internal reviews of sales orders for accuracy</li> <li>Coordinate interdepartmental reviews for complex sales orders</li> <li>Focus on improvements where performance is below target</li> <li>Analyse air freight orders to optimize cost and delivery timelines</li> <li>Ensure shipment mode aligns with customer expectations and company standards</li> <li>Generate debit memos for PCW positions to maintain financial accuracy</li> <li>Collaborate with SCM and Operations teams to handle material requirements efficiently.</li> <li>Monitor safety stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure smooth production flow.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What do we expect from you?</strong><strong></strong> </p> <ul> <li>Education: B.COM / Diploma Engineer (Any Stream) with Diploma in Supply chain management.
