As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the world at large.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>We are looking for Project Sales Manager to join our Endress+Hauser Latin American Support Center in our Panamá office.</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What is the role about? </strong></p> <p><span>You will identify project opportunities and develop strategies to cover the LATAM market, being responsible for the acquisition phase, promoting Endress+Hauser as a project partner to our clients, using your commercial abilities and knowledge in the field to foster high-quality projects that satisfy clients’ requirements in terms of accuracy, time, and investment.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Which tasks will you perform?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Development and training of processes and tools to support the project business</li> <li>Support to form project teams for selected opportunities</li> <li>Assist customers in justifying projects, while ensuring that they will be reducing risk and/or cost</li> <li>Complete project stakeholder analysis, identify and recruit project team members to support the project life cycle for the customer</li> <li>Determine the project pursuit strategy and implement it by collaborating with the project team - adapt it to changing circumstances</li> <li>Coordinate communication between global project influences and Endress+Hauser’s sales, project, service and production organizations</li> <li>Maximize the opportunity for E+H to be a multi-product and service provider for the project, promoting the future installed base at the project job site</li> <li>Develop proposal strategies and plans based on the project requirements, aligned with the sales strategy, and present the final proposal to the customer if so required</li> <li>Lead contract negotiations and secure the sales opportunity</li> <li>Builds relationships with key decision makers and alliance partners</li> <li>Promotes and positions Endress+Hauser as a customer process automation partner</li> <li>Identify project opportunities at the earliest possible stage of improvement</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What do we expect from you?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field<br>Sales and project pursuit experience is required </li> <li>Years of experience in relevant fields: 4-6 years </li> <li>PM certificate is a great advantage </li> <li>Business administration and technical knowledge is of advantage </li> <li>Experience in process control instrumentation industry and developing global projects is an additional benefit </li> <li>Project Management, Marketing and Service sales experience is an additional benefit </li> <li>Negotiation skills </li> <li>Good communication and presentation skills </li> <li>Deep intercultural understanding and professional English level</li> <li>Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and make decisions </li> <li>Ability to conduct a Project Stakeholder Analysis </li> <li>Willingness to travel up to 30% </li> <li>Preferable knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry market</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What can you expect from us?</strong></p> <ul> <li>The stability and security of working for a respected international, family‑owned company</li> <li>Be part of the Latam Support Center (LAS) – a regional hub powered by young talent and rich cultural diversity</li> <li>A wide range of learning and development programs to support both your professional growth and personal development</li> <li>Attractive salary package </li> <li>Annual performance appraisal and annual salary review</li> <li>Annual Bonus under Global Incentive Framework</li> <li>Premium health insurance for you and dependents with Rimac</li> <li>Flexible working hours and remote working model. 3 days at the office</li> <li>Position open for relocation package</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>How do you apply? </strong></p> <p>To begin your journey with us, please upload your application documents via our official career page</p>
