<p>We are looking for Engineer Technical Purchase at Endress+Hauser Flowtec India at<br>Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, Location<br>What is the role about?<br>This job posting is for a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with a background focused on machine<br>building and its related parts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in<br>Procurement, along with proficiency in SAP MM and strong communication skills.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>1. Assisting in sourcing markets surveillance and scouting for process plant construction<br>2. Responsible for on-time deliveries at the right quality<br>3. Perform the Procurement Exercises for different Parts<br>4. Responsible for supplier rating and relationship management<br>5. Responsible for Maintaining QMS Documentation<br>Supplier Management:<br>Following up with suppliers for machine building and its components.<br>SAP Proficiency:<br>Maintaining material masters, info records, and vendor master’s within the SAP MM module.<br>Procurement Process:<br>Releasing purchase orders. Monitoring of on time Material Receipts and Vendor Payments<br>Vendor Records:<br>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor records. Ensure Legal and Statutory Compliances<br>2/2<br>Commodity Focus:<br>1. Pipe manufacturing, welding, machining, fabrication, forging, press parts, plates<br>2. Electrical panels manufacturing, Electrical and electronic components<br>3. Catalogue items like pumps, tools, valves, hydraulic and pneumatic<br>4. Surface Treatment works, blasting, painting<br>Drawing Interpretation:<br>Understanding engineering drawings, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and<br>Tolerancing).<br>Teamwork and Initiative:<br>Working as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation.<br>Awareness of Environment, Health, Safety and Energy requirements as IMS standards<br>Required Qualifications:<br>1. Education: Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.<br>2. Experience: 4 to 12 years of experience in engineering purchases.<br>3. Travel: Willingness to travel within India<br>4. Industry Experience: Experience working in an engineering company or with project<br>equipment.<br>5. Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM module, MS applications, and knowledge of engineering<br>materials.<br>6. Familiar with ERP, preferably SAP to maintain purchasing data such as vendor records<br>7. Communication: Communication skills necessary to interact in an international context<br>8. Self-motivated and can work on own initiative and as part of a cross-functional team<br>Good to Have:<br>1. Diploma/Graduate/MBA in Materials Management,<br>2. Basic German language knowledge,<br>3. Integrated Management System Auditor certification<br>4. Experience using the Jaggaer supplier platform.</p>
