a <strong>Deputy Manager- Plant Engineering</strong> to join Endress Hauser FLIN at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What is the role about?</strong> </p> <p> </p> <p>The role is responsible for providing strategic and functional leadership in Plant Engineering by ensuring reliability, standardization, and continuous improvement across plant equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.</p> <p>It focuses on building strong engineering capabilities, driving maintenance excellence through TPM–PM practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading energy management and sustainability initiatives to support overall plant performance.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Which tasks will you perform?</strong> </p> <p> </p> <p>Maintenance Strategy & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance through SAP EAM</li> <li>Developing and optimizing maintenance strategies (PM, TBM, CBM, Predictive)</li> <li>Improving maintenance practices based on RCA/RCFA learnings</li> </ul> <p>Technical Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Acting as the technical authority for equipment and utility systems</li> <li>Standardizing engineering and maintenance practices</li> <li>Mentoring engineering teams and technicians</li> </ul> <p>Reliability & Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Leading breakdown analysis and implementing permanent solutions</li> <li>Improving MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability</li> <li>Driving TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives</li> </ul> <p>Projects & Engineering Support</p> <ul> <li>Managing equipment installation, upgrades, and commissioning</li> <li>Supporting plant infrastructure and utility projects</li> </ul> <p>Resource & Cost Management</p> <ul> <li>Managing spares, AMC contracts, and maintenance budgets</li> <li>Optimizing cost vs reliability balance</li> </ul> <p>Energy & Sustainability</p> <ul> <li>Driving energy optimization initiatives</li> <li>Supporting ISO 50001 implementation</li> <li>Identifying and implementing energy conservation opportunities</li> </ul> <p>Compliance & Systems</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring compliance with Factory Act, CEA, MPCB, and IMS standards</li> <li>Managing calibration, statutory inspections, and documentation</li> <li>Maintaining SOPs, TPM records, and audit documentation</li> </ul> <p>Performance Monitoring</p> <ul> <li>Tracking maintenance KPIs and ensuring continuous improvement</li> <li>Preparing reports and conducting performance reviews</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What do we expect from you?</strong><strong></strong> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualification & Experience</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (full-time) (Diploma + Degree)</li> <li>12–15 years of experience in Plant Engineering / Maintenance</li> <li>Exposure to SAP EAM, SPMs, Robotics, TPM, and utility systems</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies and reliability engineering</li> <li>Expertise in RCA/RCFA and energy management</li> <li>Experience in utilities (Electrical, DG, HVAC, Air, Water systems)</li> <li>Project management and commissioning capability</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Behavioural Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical
