Join our subsidiary in Brazil as Specialist Sales & Service Support (f/m/d). </div> <p><strong>Your Challenges</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support our sales and service organization in day-to-day business as a key back-office partner</li> <li>Handle quotation requests, obtain pricing, and support tender and bidding processes</li> <li>Monitor ongoing tenders and ensure deadlines and requirements are met</li> <li>Support contract management activities (e.g. validity tracking, documentation, obligation monitoring)</li> <li>Coordinate service activities, schedules, and provide administrative support for customer projects</li> <li>Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and internal coordination</li> <li>Ensure accuracy and maintenance of master data and administrative documentation</li> <li>Support reporting activities as well as organizational topics (e.g. events, trainings)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>Commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration or a comparable field</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a sales or service environment</li> <li>Experience with ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office</li> <li>Structured and independent way of working with strong organizational skills</li> <li>High customer orientation and a strong service mindset</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions</li> <li>Team-oriented with a good understanding of operational processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Group Life, Health and Dental Insurance</li> <li>Food Voucher</li> <li>Private Pension Plan</li> <li>GymPass</li> <li>Online Learning Plattform</li> </ul>
