This high-impact role is responsible for driving net sales and profitability by building deep partnerships, co-creating strategic goals, and aligning customer needs with our solutions. </p> <p>You’ll serve as the national ambassador and primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, managing everything from strategic planning and problem-solving to contract negotiations and the creation of customer-specific agreements. Your ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver value will be key to shaping long-term success for both the customer and Endress+Hauser. </p> <p><strong>Which tasks will you perform? </strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders from corporate leadership to plant-level teams, identifying opportunities that drive business growth</li> <li>Partner with C-suite executives to develop strategic initiatives and long-term partnerships</li> <li>Gain deep insight into each account’s business model, challenges, and goals to deliver tailored solutions</li> <li>Collaborate with local, regional, and global sales teams to align efforts and maximize impact across all levels of the organization</li> <li>Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans that support sustainable growth and customer success</li> <li>Coordinate with international Sales Centers, strategic resources, and Production Centers to ensure global alignment and coverage of key account interests</li> <li>Define and implement targeted development plans to expand business within strategic locations and industry segments</li> <li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to proactively identify new opportunities and threats</li> <li>Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility for assigned accounts, contributing to overall business planning and resource allocation</li> </ul> <p><strong>What do we expect from you? </strong></p> <p>You will have (required): </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree</li> <li>Proven success in developing and managing strategic accounts within large, complex organizations</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based business relationships rooted in partnership</li> <li>Skilled in collaborating across internal teams and with external stakeholders to drive results</li> <li>Proficient in interpreting financial data to inform strategic decisions</li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%</li> </ul> <p>You may have (preferred): </p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of process automation/instrumentation industry</li> <li>Experience and knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (preferably Salesforce.com)</li> <li>Contract negotiation experience </li> <li>Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and influence teams, build trust and credibility, and effectively coach and guide individuals without relying on formal authority</li> <li>Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on gathering and interpreting data to develop innovative solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong>What can you expect from us? </strong></p> <ul> <li>Family-owned, friendly, and highly committed company </li> <li>Tuition reimbursement and a wide range of development opportunities </li> <li>Comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental and vision </li> <li>Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities </li> <li>Generous paid time off </li> <li>Life insurance and 401(k) savings with company match </li> <li>Full-service café, fitness center, and health clinic (in Greenwood, IN)</li> </ul> <p>Anticipated salary range for this position is $121,600-187,300.</p> <p>Endress+Hauser is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected classification including protected veteran and disability status. </p> <p><span style="color:white">#LI-GP1</span></p>
