This position drives local Sapphire operations to maximize the use of alternative fuel and alternative raw materials. The position partners with the plant team to optimize the quality and quantity of AF/ARM for stable kiln operation. The Site Manager drives Sapphire's local team and contractors concerning CRH's Purpose, Value, Vision, and Code of Business Conduct. Locally drives the implementation of the improvement actions for Sapphire</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Plays leading role in onsite ARM & AF trials. Engages with internal technical support services (MTS/GTS) and plant people in planning and executing trials for new AFand ARM. Mild exposure to cement dust, heat, cold, and noise requires compliance with specified safety guidelines and procedures. Exposure to high elevations of up to 250 feet in height.
