Employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace schedule.</li> </ul> Qualifications To execute this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience Less than or equal to a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior Heavy Equipment experience, including Crushing Operation helpful. Personal Protective Equipment Individuals are required to wear personal protective equipment in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA. Protective equipment that may be required, but not limited to, for this position: Welding Gloves, Hard Hat, Hearing Protection, Padlocks for Lockout/Tagout, Safety (hard toe) Shoes, use of Seatbelt and harnesses when required. Language Skills Ability to communicate sufficiently to convey and exchange ideas and give and receive detailed verbal instructions. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional variables.
