The well‑being of our employees is a key priority, reflected in the fact that in 2025 we were awarded the “Most Attractive Employer in Construction” in Slovakia for the third consecutive year.Corporate Legal Counsel - fluent Hungarian Your main tasks will be: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide counsel on an array of statutory and regulatory compliance issues applying knowledge of law, business and facts to the legal aspects of the business.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Review, edit and draft contract documents as assigned; including servicing, confidentiality, vendor/supplier, licensing and dispute resolution agreements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide legal support in debt collection</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist in litigation matters including but not limited to; settlement negotiation and coordination of outside counsel</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide support as a general resource for various business units as assigned</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Track and stay current on legislative and case law changes impacting various business lines</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Analyze, review, and modify business policy and procedures as assigned to ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state statutes, regulations, and applicable case law.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assists in legal issues analysis, research and opinion memoranda as required</li> </ul> You are the ideal candidate if you have: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">2-3 years’ experience of relevant legal counsel experience</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Extensive familiarity with, bankruptcy, civil law, employment law.
