Job Responsibilities: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Perform inspections, diagnosis, & repair ready-mix trucks through preventative & scheduled maintenance. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Perform removal, rework and installation of various engine and chassis components. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Use leading diagnostic technology to identify breakdowns. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Order required parts and maintaining parts inventory. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Document repairs on work orders and complete inspections sheets as required. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Communicate with operations and supervisory staff on availability of equipment. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Prioritize jobs and work safely on all equipment. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Follow shop procedures and company policies relating to use of shop and Occupational Health & Safety regulations. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> All other duties as required. </li> </ul> Requirements: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Valid 310T Truck & Coach license or a registered training agreement. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Valid class ‘G’ Driver’s License. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Sound working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic pumps/motors, and air brake systems. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Strong interpersonal skills with a safety-first approach. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Ability to travel to local sites as required. </li> </ul> This job posting reflects an existing vacancy.
