To assure all material flows are continuous and uninterrupted. <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Be able to operate heavy equipment for a period of 8 to 10 hours per shift, including loaders, dozers, backhoes and draglines.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Complete all workplace and pre-shift equipment inspections and housekeeping.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Be knowledgeable as to handling types of raw materials in the Quarry.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Complete all required data logs and reports.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">May be required to work overtime, rotating shift schedule, unsociable hour shifts and respond to call outs.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">First Aid care, accident investigation and reporting, and other emergency issues as needed.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Maintain a clean job site; pickup all tools and equipment and secure the job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Report any housekeeping or material spill problems in the Quarry and/or plant and take necessary actions to notify the appropriate personnel of potential problems.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Material handling and storage.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Load and unload trucks; Mild exposure to cement dust, heat, cold, and noise requires compliance with specified safety guidelines and procedures. Exposure to high elevations of up to 250 feet in height. Exposure to all weather conditions.
