You work in a hands‑on manufacturing environment where your technical decisions directly influence product quality, production efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will be involved in product improvements, engineering changes, validations, and technical problem‑solving, while also supporting new developments within the Innovation & Product Development team. You work closely with colleagues from Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales, acting as a technical sparring partner across the organization. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys combining analysis, practical execution, teamwork and who wants to see the tangible results of their work.
