0.0px;line-height:15.0pt;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Analyze bid documents, plans, blueprints and specs to gain a thorough understanding of the project</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:15.0pt;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Solicit and manage subcontractor and vendor quotes</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:15.0pt;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor and analyze costs versus bid during construction phase</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:15.0pt;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum 3 years’ experience in Heavy Civil Construction project management including sitework, grading, sewer, storm water and water main projects</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:15.0pt;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum Associates Degree preferred (Civil, Engineering, or Construction Management)</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:15.0pt;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in estimator bidding on D.O.T. projects preferred </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:15.0pt;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in Project Management required with experience in estimating a plus</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:15.0pt;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of Take-Off software preferred (Agtek Software Plus experience a plus)</li> <li style="margin:0.0in
