Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Lead Process Technician will be responsible monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing production processes and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. You will work closely with engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and adhere to strict safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and an eagerness to learn new techniques. Associates degree or technical certificate preferred</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic extrusion manufacturing processes or related field</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment preferred</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of processing equipment such as extruders, dies, cooling tanks</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of safety protocols, quality control principles, and regulatory requirements</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to read blueprints/drawings/schematics and measuring devices (calipers/micrometers)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Proficiency in using tools and instruments for measurement, calibration, and troubleshooting</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Good written/oral communication skills;
