Job Summary Avon Manufacturing is a custom manufacturer of steel molds for the CRH/Oldcastle Infrastructure nationwide family of precast concrete plants. Each mold is made to order based on custom designs and engineering. We are looking for an experienced welder/fabricator with a background in leading teams to manufacture molds from blueprints from start to finish using a variety of processes. This is a hands-on path to leadership role.
