We are seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to support both ongoing ERP conversion initiatives and steady-state master data governance in a dynamic, manufacturing-focused environment. This role is ideal for a business-minded SAP professional who understands how master data drives operational execution — not just how to enter it. You will partner with business SMEs, technical teams, and data leadership to construct, analyze, migrate, and maintain high-quality master data within SAP S/4HANA. Depending on experience and business needs, this role will focus on one primary domain: • Material Management • Business Partner (Customer/Vendor/Employee) Our team operates in a hybrid model of recurring conversion waves (every ~90 days) and continuous process improvement initiatives. This role flexes between implementation-focused work and operational MDM support. Requirements <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">At least 3–5 years of experience working with SAP master data (2+ years considered with strong background)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Hands-on experience in either: <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Material Master (MM) in a manufacturing environment</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Business Partner (Customer/Vendor) master
