Purpose of the Role <ul> <li>Execute the sales and marketing strategy within a designated area or customer segment, with a strong focus on specification and technical requirements.</li> <li>Drive the development and growth of sales for a portfolio of both existing and newly introduced technical building products, particularly for concrete structures, ensuring these products meet specification standards and project requirements.</li> </ul> Key Tasks and Responsibilities <ul> <li>Oversee and drive the growth and performance of all sales activities within the assigned market.</li> <li>Develop business opportunities by identifying and engaging with prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships.</li> <li>Identify and evaluate business prospects by researching and analysing sales options.</li> <li>Sell products by establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects, and recommending tailored solutions.</li> <li>Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the organization.</li> <li>Provide ongoing support, information, and guidance to maintain client relationships.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings by staying informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor activities.</li> <li>Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.</li> <li>Uphold quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.</li> <li>Enhance professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, building professional networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in promotional events.</li> <li>Contribute to team success by achieving related results and supporting team objectives.</li> <li>It is not possible to enumerate all duties, but your scope covers all Specification related responsibilities. The ability to be flexible, decisive, and quick-thinking.</li> <li>Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and handle multiple financial tasks and projects. </li> <li>High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
