Will perform quality control sampling and testing, routine plant equipment inspections and repairs, preventative maintenance routines, and product shipping. <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ensure that all field equipment is operating properly; resolve and prevent field problems; perform inspections necessary to minimize downtime and optimize equipment operations</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Perform daily inspections, quality testing, and provide documentation and reporting as required or as directed by plant management</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Provide general cleanup services as needed in the plant as required</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Store, stock and handle all material</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Operate mobile equipment and product shipping</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Accurately complete ASTM test procedures for finished cementitious product</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Troubleshoot potential concerns required to achieve and maintain maximum productivity. Report operational problems to Shift Lead for action and / or participate in corrective actions if appropriate</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Keep up-to-date on all standard operating procedural changes and be instrumental in developing new procedures as required</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Assist other departments as needed</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Safely operate mobile equipment as required to meet shift production targets and perform clean up necessary for an efficient operation</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Gather and prepare samples and analyze results using, Mesh Analyzers</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Work with little or no supervision</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Perform any and all other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
