Job Summary The role of the Manufacturing Manager is to lead all assembly manufacturing operations and ensure quality products are produced safely, according to an accurate and timely schedule while continually seeking out productivity, efficiency and cost improvements. style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Demonstrated experience in managing or collaborating with quality, safety and engineering functions</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Strong knowledge or lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma tools, and quality management systems</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Familiarity with OSHA and other regulatory frameworks</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Effective leadership, coaching, and team development skills</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Strong
