Job Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Verify that procedures are followed in accordance with all specification requirements by establishing a line of communication with production leads </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Monitor Production daily activities to ensure that proper batching, placement and curing techniques are being performed </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Closely monitor all test data to ensure compliance with all specification requirements </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Notify the Quality Control Manager of any deviation from those requirements </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Control the movement of items from various stages of production </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Monitor and mark items as necessary to ensure completion in a controlled and timely manner </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Be aware of specific requirements for each job by familiarizing yourself with Quality System Procedure Manuals on a regular basis </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, and document all testing records and inspections in a well-organized system and backup all records on the network server </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Perform all testing at regularly required intervals (Concrete Testing, Unit weight, moisture, weekly standard checks, D-loads, gradations and dry fits) </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Maintain a clean and safe work area </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Other duties as may be assigned by the Quality Control Manager </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Take proactive steps to reduce/eliminate detailing operations </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Document all repairs and identify the cause </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Initiate maintenance requests and corrective helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> ACI Field Tech I Quality control certification, preferred </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Knowledge of how to read and interpret shop/engineering drawings </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Must maintain clear and precise record-keeping </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Must have familiarity and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> Work with the
