Job Summary We are seeking a Foreman-Pre-Cast who will work cooperatively with the Plant Manager in a pre-cast concrete environment. The Foreman Pre-Cast, under the instruction of the Plant Manager, will be called on to supervise the production of finished pieces through training and instruction (to others) and perform all of the necessary tasks required to produce finished pieces. In addition, there will be shop maintenance duties and other miscellaneous tasks as required to support the completion of the weekly production schedule and support the development of new products. This position essentially carries forward the requirements of the Pre-Cast Associate with the added responsibility of ensuring production schedules and goals are met while maintaining quality, safety, and cost controls.
