Spare Board - Production Packer (Chilliwack) The primary role of the Production Packer is to provide critical support in reducing production down time, assisting Production Supervisor or Line Lead Hand in planning and supporting the production staff in a manner that creates engagement and productivity within the team. This is a spare board position and does not guarantee a set number of hours per week. Work hours will be scheduled based solely on operational and production requirements.
