style="">6+ years of social media experience, with at least 2 years in management or team lead role.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Proven experience managing agency relationships and executive or leadership social profiles.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Deep platform expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging channels.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for brand voice and storytelling.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Communications, Brand, and Creative teams.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and
