In this role, you’ll operate a paving screed or roller, along with various other types of heavy equipment, in order to pave asphalt. What You Can Do (Minimum Qualifications) <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;font-size:10.0pt">You have a background in heavy civil construction, specifically asphalt paving.
