Incorporates organization-wide operational safety regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs into the manufacturing processes at the location. Monitors production metrics, responds to and resolves problems, and recommends process improvements, new technologies, and methods to maximize operational efficiency. Collaborate with leaders to manage and resolve workforce or labor issues and develop long-term solutions.
