In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and scoping opportunities, managing the timeline of projects and stakeholders, and measuring progress through KPIs and other project management tools. A key aspect of this role will be to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, including new acquisitions, to improve productivity, improve quality and streamline operations to ultimately provide a consistent and an excellent experience for our customers. As part of our strategic transformation, this role will also play a critical part in supporting the migration of all businesses to a unified ERP and CRM platform (SAP and Salesforce). The Project Manager will help ensure smooth integration, drive change management, and support adoption of these systems across the organization. This role will also support the integration of new acquisitions by helping align teams to our culture, standard processes, and commercial operations. The Project Manager will assist in onboarding acquired businesses into our unified systems (SAP and Salesforce) and ensure a smooth, consistent transition with minimal disruption.
