Build daily prioritisation base on production needs and current situation and manages the results of processes in shift2. Support pillar in terms of KPIs/Targets achievements3. Encourage WCM activities (mainly AM) in their day to day teams 4. Support pillar in terms of KAIs (Key Activity Indicator) execution5. Provide trainings and develop newcomers6. Managing employee development7.
