Work according to existing Procedures/ Standards</li> <li>Receive and sort Spare Parts, Consumables/ Supplies as per SOP and 5S standards</li> <li>Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance</li> <li>Maintain MDM request. Base on Requests update Equipment tree in SAP</li> <li>Works according to existing procedures/ Standards and Maintenance process:</li> <li>Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring a rapid response and that plant equipment and machine breakdown time is minimised</li> <li>Participate as a member in Maintenance Impr teams</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>We believe you have</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Technical Diploma in Engineering/ Maintenance</li> <li>3-5 years’ experience in Maintenance/Spare Parts.</li> <li>SAP basic knowledge</li> <li>WCM skills for breakdown/ Anomaly analysis </li> <li>Expereince and skills in identifying Root Cause and develop countermeasures to address Machine technical knowledge</li> <li>Production processe knowledge is preferred</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Outputs and Measurements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance</li> <li>Minimised losses (short stops/ breakdowns) on machine/ equipment, keep Mean Down Time Targets</li> <li>Guide colleagues with AM/ PM and removing red tags</li> <li>Reports all activities in SAP, Plant Maintenance Module and sloves all reported problem as per plan</li> <li>Maintains the Maintenance Spare parts store</li> <li>Achieve Preventive activities TBM (Time Based Maintenance) compliance ratio and targets</li> <li>5S according to standard in all maintenance areas</li> </ul></div></div></div>
